We assist each client to create their own tools to assist with stressors. We find that, if the tool is created or inspired by the client in some way, they are more compliant with implementation.

What does the referral process look like?
The referral process begins by contacting us via phone, fax, email, or message us through our website.  Please leave brief injury details, services desired, client information, a point of contact with contact information for us to set up a free consultation call.  After we communicate with potential client, then we will send you an update and start of care date. Once care plan is approved by survivor and caregiver, start of care can begin!
